對於產品中使用的金屬。我們將盡職調查其產品中使用的精煉金屬的來源供應鏈確保:
金(Au)、鉭(Ta)、鎢(W)、錫(Sn)等金屬並非由剛果民主共和國
或其鄰近國家之非法開採地區或是循非法走私途徑取得。

LECC集團要求所有供應商皆應使用由RMI所提供之
衝突礦產調查模板Conflict Minerals Reporting Template(CMRT)，
調查產品中包含鉭(Ta)、錫(Sn)、鎢(W)、金(Au)等礦產且應以盡職調查確認這些礦產來源。

為符合規範與客戶要求，未來我們亦將持續更新調查結果。

The LECC Group is committed to maintaining the highest level of professional and ethical standards in purchasing minerals for its products in a socially and environmentally responsible manner, and does not support or use minerals from armed conflicts, illegal mining and poor working conditions.

For the metal used in the product. We will conduct due diligence on the source supply chain of the refined metals used in our products to ensure that: Gold(Au), Tantalum(Ta), Tungsten(W) and Tin(Sn) which are not mined in conflict areas of the Democratic Republic of the Congo or obtained through illegal smuggling.

LECC Group requires all suppliers to use the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) provided by RMI. The surveyed products include tantalum(Ta), tin(Sn), tungsten(W), gold(Au) and the origin of these minerals should be confirmed through due diligence.

In order to meet the specifications and customer requirements,
we will continue to update the survey results in the future.
