不支援、不使用来自武装冲突、非法采矿与低劣工作环境中采矿而来的矿产。

对于产品中使用的金属。我们将尽职调查其产品中使用的精炼金属的来源供应链确保:
金(Au)、钽(Ta)、钨(W)、锡(Sn)等金属并非由刚果民主共和国
或其邻近国家之非法开采地区或是循非法走私途径取得。

LECC集团要求所有供应商皆应使用由RMI所提供之
冲突矿产调查模板Conflict Minerals Reporting Template(CMRT)，
调查产品中包含钽(Ta)、锡(Sn)、钨(W)、金(Au)等矿产且应以尽职调查确认这些矿产来源。

为符合规范与客户要求，未来我们亦将持续更新调查结果。

The LECC Group is committed to maintaining the highest level of professional and ethical standards in purchasing minerals for its products in a socially and environmentally responsible manner, and does not support or use minerals from armed conflicts, illegal mining and poor working conditions.

For the metal used in the product. We will conduct due diligence on the source supply chain of the refined metals used in our products to ensure that: Gold(Au), Tantalum(Ta), Tungsten(W) and Tin(Sn) which are not mined in conflict areas of the Democratic Republic of the Congo or obtained through illegal smuggling.

LECC Group requires all suppliers to use the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) provided by RMI. The surveyed products include tantalum(Ta), tin(Sn), tungsten(W), gold(Au) and the origin of these minerals should be confirmed through due diligence.

In order to meet the specifications and customer requirements,
we will continue to update the survey results in the future.
